The hotel is clean and spacious with pleasant and welcoming staff members. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Magnificent and safe property with a central location in a seedy part of town. Really close to canada, downtown.

Very helpful staff, laundry, fellow guests, Vietnamese restaurant (Vegan Pho soup was excellent)
Nothing really, although I was solicited by prostitutes twice, in broad daylight. Lots of what appeared to be junkies and homeless people in neighborhood, but this did not bother me. Did not feel threatened in any way.

Superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating staff. Fabulous meals.- Nice and handy location within a 10-15 minute walking distance from a renovated stadium.- Found in a local area really close to the footpath on both sides of the street, the Vancouver City downtown area, and waterfront.

They do their best to run decently the hotel at a very fair prices for the city. Breakfast is basic but is enough to get you started and cleaning service is taken seriously. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help.
Location. As all others have mention it is located in a very dramatic area of the city, yet within 20 minutes walk from downtown. Still those people mind their own business and in several days that I stayed at the hotel I never had any issues even coming at midnight alone. Still wouldn't send my sister on her own there. Take one street up or down and situation is more relax. I never realized how drugs can ruin people so miserably.

We liked the helpfully and the very friendly staff. The price was fair..the rooms are small but clean.
The only thing was the area around. It is full with homeless and addicted people. You should try to makr a detour.
